The Allwin C8 Flex Printing Machine is equipped with an advanced servo motor system for precise media feeding and collection. It supports three distinct feeding modes to accommodate various operational conditions: inserted type, deposited feeding with two rollers, and deposited feeding by dragging media using three rollers. The machine features an integral body design that enhances the accuracy of feeding and collecting processes.

To protect the printhead, it includes a unique protection stack, along with a secondary ink tank and an ink circuit heating system to maintain optimal ink flow. The media heating system offers three-stage adjustable temperature control, ensuring efficient drying and print stability. A reserved suction outlet enables automatic printhead cleaning, reducing manual maintenance.

For better visibility during printing, LED lights illuminate the printing bed, allowing operators to monitor print quality and color bars effectively. The machine delivers impressive performance, with the C8 model reaching speeds of 80 m²/h and the C12 model achieving up to 120 m²/h.

Additional features include a high-performance control system and three heating sections. The printhead height can be adjusted without limitation, and the machine supports step adjustment during printing for enhanced precision. It also incorporates THK high-performance linear lead rails from Japan and uses top-grade electronic components to ensure reliable printhead protection.
